The original idea for the clothing label imogen first emerged in 2008. I was a poor student in the final year of my 'visual arts and design' degree in New Zealand. Imogen was a yearlong, self-directed project of creating and developing a small Indie Boutique strongly influenced by the unique style surrounding Indie culture.
I spent months planning and creating quirky original concepts and illustrations reflecting my love of Indie music, culture and the beautiful surroundings in my homeland New Zealand. The majority of illustrations I have create are a mixture of digital and freehand sketches.
I have posted some workbook and studio photos during the early stages of Imogen.
